It adopts a powerful hydraulic system with 50Kn/80Kn/100Kn pressure. Gantry milling process the machine punching molds base to ensure high precision performance. Hydraulic step-less pressure regulation, and low noise. There is an auto cooling system in the hydraulic station.

Reasonable design punching and dies molds to deform the metal sheets. The punch pushes the top sheet of metal into a specially designed die, which creates a groove or channel in the bottom sheet. The punch then continues to push the top sheet of metal down into the groove or channel, causing the metal to plastically deform and interlock. This creates a strong mechanical joint between the two sheets of metal.
