Aluminum V-Notch Cutting Machine is special customized equipment for cutting V-shaped notches at 90-degree angles on aluminum profiles. It is working to make aluminum frames for doors, windows, and other structures.
The machine uses two motors to drive two circular saw blades, which are placed in a 90-degree V shape. It is semi-automatic controlled, step on the foot switch, and the pneumatic clamp first clamp the aluminum profile in place, then the saw blade is activated to move down, cutting a V-shaped notch in the profile at a 90-degree angle.
The machine can cut aluminum profiles of different sizes, and can bend the material to 90 degrees after cutting, keeping one side from breaking, thus improving the strength of the frame.
